Draft evaluations and development plans are private to their author. HR can see progress, but cannot read draft answers.

HR can read submitted evaluations. Managers can compare results only after both evaluations are submitted. Your company decides when manager results are released to you.

Platform administrators manage companies and cannot read employee evaluations.

Contact your company’s HR team to request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, or to learn your company’s retention period.

Peer feedback uses your team's cycle snapshot. Your own draft is private. HR reads named submissions; your colleague only receives an anonymous average if HR releases it and enough responses exist. The manager's access follows this cycle's settings.
